SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY

We ship using USPS, with either USPS First Class, Ground, Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail (overnight to many cities). We charge the actual shipping plus a small overhead fee for the handling. Our shipping charges are very competitive and delivery is FAST! 

All orders placed Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched within 2 business days. All order placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent out on Monday or the next business day.

Delivery Address:

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once the order has been processed.

Internation Shipping:

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the consumer, are responsible for eating those fees. We recommend that you check your local customs office before placing and order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carriers website.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase- please read our return and refund policy below.

You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the return item(s). Please record tracking information as we are not responsible for lost items. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@ezarah.com. If your return is accepted, make sure to include a copy of your receipt. As a reminder you are completely responsible for the shipping and handling fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
